The Card Premium Bank Account functions as a checking account established by Pathward, N.A., with the Premium Visa Debit card issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, under a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. It can be used wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.

2**. Faster access to funds is based on a comparison between traditional banking policies and the electronic deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies. Direct Deposit and earlier fund availability depend on the payer's support and funding timing.

3***. Overdraft Protection (ODP) is an optional service offered to eligible CARD Premium Bank Account holders. Enrolled individuals will be charged $15.00 for each transaction that overdraws their account by more than $10.00, up to a maximum of four fees per month. To avoid this fee, the account must be brought to a zero ($0.00) or positive balance within 24 hours of the initial transaction that creates an overdraft. Signature and PIN purchase transactions are subject to an overdraft fee, while ATM transactions and ACH Debit transactions are not covered. Negative balances must be repaid within thirty (30) days. We retain the right to decline an overdraft request based on eligibility criteria or excessive or inappropriate transaction activity. 4****. The Savings Account linked to the CARD Premium Bank Account is established by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. Interest is calculated on the Daily Balance of the Savings Account and paid quarterly. The interest rate is 0.0499% with an annual percentage yield (APY) of 0.05%. The APY is subject to change and was accurate as of 08/17/2020. A minimum balance of $10 is required to open the Savings Account, and a minimum daily balance of $10 is required to earn the advertised APY. To be eligible for a Savings Account, individuals must receive one (1) payroll or government benefits direct deposit. Transaction fees on the Premium Bank Account may reduce the interest earned on the Savings Account. All funds held on deposit by the accountholder at Pathward are FDIC-insured up to the coverage limit of $250,000.00.
